    Want to return something? No problem. Try your purchases in the comfort of your own home, and if you need to send them back, you have 15 days from the date you received your order, to choose from three options: refund, store credit or exchange.

    Shipping is complimentary on all returns and exchanges; however, if you are based outside Singapore you might need to pay taxes and duties. Please note that exchanges are only available for Singapore orders and if we have the correct colour or size in stock.

    For our International Customers (outside of Singapore)
    At this moment, we are not able to offer an exchange on items purchased from outside of Singapore. All returned items will be fully refunded or converted to store credits once they've been received by our warehouse. If you would like a different size or colour of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.


    Returning your Purchase

    To arrange for a return, please email us directly at We will assist in handling the return purchase for you.

    We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured.

    You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability. If you intend to do this, we recommend that when shipping an item over SGD$80, to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

    Refunds and Store Credits

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its arrival. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

    If you are approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

    You may choose to receive a refund or receive store credit for returned items.

    Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit on your Coco Takumi account.

    If your order has been sent to a destination within Singapore, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside Singapore, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Coco Takumi. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you haven’t received the refund, first check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Our Return Policy

    Please take care trying on items because all products must be returned in a new and unused condition. To be eligible for a return, please make sure all our designer labels and Coco Takumi tags are still attached. Items must also be in the original packaging.

    Any item not in its original condition; is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

    Unfortunately, if 15 days have passed since you received your Coco Takumi purchase, we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or store credit.

    To ensure your return is covered by our complimentary returns policy, please send your purchase back to us, not to the manufacturer.

    Undergarments, swimsuits and bikini bottoms

    They should be tried on over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. We provide disposable underwear for each swimwear, lingerie and undergarment purchase.


    When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to mark the shoe box or scratch the soles. Returns of shoes must also include the dust bag/silk paper and box since these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside another box or in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.

    Artworks and Limited-Edition Products

    Because these items are unique, we offer either a refund or as a store credit.


    We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, mobile and tablets devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a colour will be completely accurate.

    Final Sale

    We accept returns on sale items, however, during our sale clearance, products marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
